Service at Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland is open until midnight, Monday – Friday.
That means evening and night shift options in our service department, including Night Shift Technician roles. Work later hours and keep your days free for school, family, or anything else that matters to you.

Bomnin Technical School
Get paid while you train to become a technician.
A two-year, employer-funded program that pairs classroom instruction with paid, hands-on training inside our service departments. No dealership experience needed.

Do I need dealership experience?
Not for many of our roles. Look for the Entry-level tags under Career paths. Those are great first jobs, and we train you with paid on-the-job training, manufacturer certifications, and cross-training.
How do I apply?

What does the hiring process include?
It starts with a friendly conversation with our recruiting team. Depending on the role, you may also meet a hiring manager in person or online. Once you accept an offer, we complete a background check and a pre-employment drug test at no cost to you. Every form you need is sent by email.
Do you offer full-time and part-time roles?
Most positions are full-time, and select part-time roles open from time to time. Each posting lists its schedule.
What benefits do full-time associates receive?

I want to be a technician but have no experience. Where do I start?
The Bomnin Technical School is built for you: a two-year paid program with tuition covered by Bomnin and a technician position when you finish. Lube Tech and Service Apprentice roles are also great starting points.
Can I grow or move to another department?
Yes. Bomnin promotes from within, many of our managers started in entry-level roles, and cross-training lets you learn more than one side of the business.
What should I bring on my first day?
Bring your smartphone, since we're a bring-your-own-device workplace and you'll use your phone every day for our tools and apps. Also bring your original documents to confirm you're eligible to work in the United States. Your welcome email explains which ones qualify and includes parking instructions. Shop roles receive their safety gear on Welcome Day.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. We keep a neat, professional appearance, and we'll send our appearance guide with your welcome email. Eligible roles are provided uniforms.
